Pipes Technocom™ consist of three basic layers:

• The internal layer –
  It is usually carried out from polythene of low pressure of high density which provides the smooth internal surface with the improved characteristics of the stream (absolute factor of the roughness of 0.0015 mm.)
• The power layer –
  It is provided by means of reinforcing by synthetic strings. During manufacturing reinforcing layers are soldered to the internal pipe and the protective environment.
• The external layer (the protective environment) –
  It is usually carried out from high density polythene. For decrease in influence of the sunlight the blanket is stabilized for maintenance of the raised stability to UV rays.

The pipe is made of polythene of low pressure with mrs 6,3 MPa or with mrs 8,0 MPa method extrusion and windings of power skeletons from high-strength synthetic strings in the direction of axes of the maximal pressure.

• The monolithic design with запрессованным mesh turns out
  skeleton from high-strength strings, on which during maintenance pipes all loading also lays down.
• The given technology allows to make pipes not only from polyethylen, but also from others polymer materials depending on the operational requirements shown to the pipeline.
• Technology and the equipment for manufacture polyethylene reinforced pipes of the high pressure are developed at the enterprise «Technology of composites» Ltd., Perm city
